Early Bird and Standard registrations include tea breaks and lunch on both days and a conference dinner ticket.
Day registrations includes breaks and lunch on the chosen conference day.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee, but can be added during the registration process at an additional cost.

Accommodation

Exclusive accommodation rates are available to conference delegates and can be booked during registration (please note that costs are additional to the registration fee). Please see the accommodation page for more details.

Registration cancellation policy

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Event Manager, by email to worksmart@qut.edu.au

Cancellations received up until Monday 2 October, 2017, will be refunded less 25% for administration fees (please note: if you have not paid you will still be invoiced for this amount). No registration refunds will be made after this date. Full cancellation fees will also apply to non-paid accounts after this date.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration can be transferred to another person within your organisation, if advised in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the conference.

QUT Staff

A QUT Corporate Card cannot be used to pay registration fees. Please complete the registration process and select the QUT Staff Only payment option. You will then be prompted to enter the journal account details.
